I was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, and with the exception of attending college and law school have lived in Little Rock all my life. I attended college at Ouachita Baptist University and graduated with honors in 1994. I then attended law school at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and graduated in 1997. After graduation, I worked for a large personal injury law firm in Little Rock before going into private practice and founding Accident Attorney of Arkansas, PLLC. While at this firm, I handled all types of personal injury matters; inlcluding, but not limited to, mass tort litigation, auto and trucking accidents, medical negligence, products liability, slip and falls, employment related injuries, etc. As a private practitioner, I currently handle all types of personal injury matters and I also handle social security appeals under the Social Security Disability Act. I attend church at St. James United Methodist Church in Little Rock, where I have been a lifelong member. My family was one of the founding members of this church. I have a wife, and two children Alex and Maria, who currently attend Little Rock Christian Academy in Little Rock. Alex is 12 years old and Maria is 16 years old. My wife is a speech pathologist in the school district. My son is a star minor league baseball player and my daughter is a star dancer. I am family oriented and spend a lot of time with my family. My interests include golf, hunting and fishing, and jogging. Razorback football games have been an integral part of my life since graduating from the university in 1997.
